Q : What payment mode do you accept ?

A : At the moment,we only accept NETS and cash only. Cheque can be billed to 'E & M Optical Company '

Q : What do I have to take note before visiting the optical shop?

A : Bring along your latest pair of spectacle that you have made. For soft lenses wearer, please remove at least 15 minutes before having your eye tested. For hard lens wearer, please remove at least 24 hours before. This is to ensure an accurate test is perform on your eye.

Q : Do you offer lenses that have UV protection?

A : Yes.The lenses have UV protection that can reduce 99% of UV from reaching your eyes. All sunglasses comes with UV400 protection and most sunglasses are polarised which cuts off all glare.

Q : How often should I get a new pair of spectacles?

A : You should get a new pair when your prescription has changed.In general, you should change it once every one to two years

Q : What are your exchange and refund policy ?

A : For lenses, we do not cover if it is scratched,cracked or damaged.We will refund for you a new pair of lenses only if the coating of the lens is spoiled. Unforunately, we do not provide any refund or exchange policy if your frame is broken. However, if you feel that it is due to manufacture problem then please feel free to bring down to our shop for enquiry. We also provide any service at a minimum cost for nose bridges problem. We hope to seek your understanding. Please note that all warranty of lenses are covered within 1 year.
